Any United States person who has a financial interest in or signature authority over foreign financial accounts must file a Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR) if the aggregate value of the foreign financial accounts exceed $10,000 at any time during the calendar year. The FBAR, Form TD F 90-22.1 must be filed with the Department of the Treasury by June 30, 2013, for calendar year 2012. Please note that the form must be received by the Department of the Treasury by June 30, 2013
